Happy Nurses Week to all of my nursing friends and nurses everywhere!

Brant is an RN who works in primary care with some of Vancouver’s most vulnerable people, some who are homeless and some that live in substandard or precarious housing. Thank you, Brant for everything you do!

Primary care clinics support clients with complex medical care needs, such as substance use, mental health and chronic diseases. A health care team of doctors, nurse practitioners, dietitian, social workers and nurses is available to work with clients to address their health issues.
